TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions govern all bookings made (whether through website, email, telephone or by any other means) with “The Penthouse G1” (us).You accept these conditions yourself and on behalf of all members of your party (who shall be bound by these conditions) whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others.

1. BOOKING

You shall notify us at the time of booking of the names and addresses of all relevant guests and whether they are adults or minors.

Telephone bookings are only confirmed when we have accepted the booking in writing or by email and have received the required deposit or payment in full.

Full payment is required 7 Days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made by the following methods unless otherwise agreed by us;

MASTERCARD
SWITCH
MAESTRO

ALTERNATIVELY, IF YOU WISH TO PAY DIRECTLY USING BACS, WE CAN SUPPLY OUR COMPANY BANK DETAILS ON REQUEST.

Credit/Debit card transactions will be handled via our associated company Emily Ross Furnishings Ltd.

2. PRICES

All apartment prices quoted are based on the prices prevailing at the time that booking is confirmed. Otherwise prices are subject to change without notice.

3. DEPOSIT

A deposit must be made at the time of booking being 25% of the total cost of the booking.

4. CANCELLATION CHARGES

Less than 7 Days – The full price of your stay
More that 7 days – No charge
No refunds will be made where you do not take up your booking.

5. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

A security deposit is required on date of entry and is refunded on date of departure after the property has been inspected. Valid credit/debit card details must be supplied at the time of booking to cover any additional charges incurred by you or your party. Breakages and damages will be deducted from the relevant credit/debit card, without further notice. Additional charges include the cost of utility bills and telephone calls when the property is booked for periods of one week’s continuous rental up to the one month maximum continuous rental. Rentals of over 7 days are done on a non-serviced basis.

6. RESTRICRTIONS

The apartment is solely for residential use and parties are strictly prohibited, we reserve the right to eject residents without notice if they are found to have hosted any such events. No refunds will apply. We operate a strict no smoking policy in the apartment. Dogs and other pets are not allowed. The number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to 4 adults. If the number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse access.

You and your party must comply with any rules and regulations set by us. Should guests be in breach of these conditions, we shall be entitled to remove guests from the apartment and to terminate our agreement with you.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer.
